The Oroville Southside Community Association (OSCIA) is making significant strides in addressing homelessness and supporting Butte County's plan to end it.

Our programs encompass transitional housing, permanent housing placement, workforce development, job placement, and vital support throughout the community.

Specifically, we offer housing solutions for women and children through our comprehensive haven of Capital Haven and housing program providing case management, referrals to other programs, and assistance in finding other permanent housing.

Additionally, we are actively working on establishing transitional housing specifically tailored to support veterans. OSCIA is proud to be a driving force in these essential initiatives.
